
Education Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Higher Education Directorate team.
The role involves providing high-level customer service, maintaining confidentiality of student records and examination content, and ensuring efficient administration across the directorate.
Key responsibilities include assisting with student enrolments, course amendments, and completions, as well as providing administrative support for internal and external accreditation processes.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong administrative skills, proficiency in software applications such as Outlook, MS Word, and Excel, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
You will also need to demonstrate a commitment to effective communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based at one of our campuses, offering flexible working arrangements and a supportive environment.

- Assist in the administration of the Student Life Cycle within the Higher Education Directorate
- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external clients
- Maintain strictest confidence of information regarding the personal records of students, the content of examinations, and other materials
- Establish and maintain positive and beneficial working relationships with stakeholders and departments across the institution
