Helicopter Maintenance Career

Bell Textron Australia is a helicopter maintenance organisation with facilities in Coffs Harbour, NSW and Redcliffe, QLD. They hold both CASA Part 145 and CAR 30 approvals providing the opportunity to work on a range of helicopters and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance performed on assigned aircraft is carried out to the highest possible standard in compliance with company policies and procedures and National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Working with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality, safety, and compliance with a focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications.
- Must hold current CASA B2 license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with workshop managers and other staff in a busy environment with strict deadlines.
