Early Childhood Educator - Make a Lasting Impact

As a qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and creating a life-changing impact through play-based learning, creativity, and care. You will work collaboratively with a fantastic team to plan, implement, and assess exciting activities that help make a lasting impact on the children's educational journeys.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality educational experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including children's learning journeys and progress
  • Build strong relationships with families and communities, promoting effective communication and partnerships
Key Requirements:
  • Certificate III qualification (ACECQA Approved)
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and Child Protection - Mandatory Reporting Framework
  • A Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and ACECQA-approved First Aid certification (including CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis, and diabetes management)
  • 2 years demonstrated experience in early childhood services
