Key Responsibilities:

  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective negotiations and productive relationships with clients, AEMO, TNSPs, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high standards of professionalism and collaborative problem-solving.
  4. Compliance & Approvals: Prepare all technical documentation, including GPS compliance, R1/R2 reports, and connection applications, maintaining strict adherence to Australian standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Team Mentorship: Provide peer review, quality assurance, and mentoring for graduate and junior engineers, supporting professional growth and capability within the team.
  6. Cross-functional Support: Participate in design, technical advisory, commissioning, and project management services as needed to ensure end-to-end delivery excellence.
