This administrative support position acts as a liaison between the company and its clients, delivering exceptional customer service and general support with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with client inquiries and correspondence from insurance companies, loss adjusters, brokers, and other parties.
- Generate and appoint new requests to the restoration team.
- Raise, generate, and submit necessary documentation such as invoices, scopes of work, etc.
- Follow up on pending approval jobs with ongoing reporting and due diligence.
The role also involves supporting the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- At least 12 months of experience in an office or customer service environment (phone-based).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Solid computer skills, ideally with Microsoft Office.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy always.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
