We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our Sydney-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues promptly.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and respond effectively
  • Monitor and engage with social media platform queries
  • Collaborate with Parts & Service personnel to resolve customer issues
  • Assist with escalated customer relations issues and prepare responses
  • Manage day-to-day data and administrative tasks

**Requirements:

  • Similar role experience, particularly in handling customer complaints
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • Interest in the automotive industry (optional)
