A seasoned electrical infrastructure professional is sought to oversee daily operations on high-voltage projects, including ASP1 works or substations from 132 kV and up.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on-site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones safely and on time
- Coordinate site logistics and resources for optimal project efficiency
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with schedule and quality standards
- Enforce strict safety protocols and contribute to SWMS and risk documentation
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address technical queries and variations
- Proven track record supervising teams on ASP1 or high-voltage substation projects
- White Card, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Strong knowledge of safety and risk management principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
