Job Summary

The Chief Learning Officer - K-6 will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Primary School, fostering a future-focused, student-centred learning culture. This role requires a collaborative leader who can model and embed a Christian worldview through teaching and leadership, develop high-performing teams, and champion student learning and engagement.

About the Role

This is a permanent executive leadership position, offering a negotiable teaching allotment and commencing January 2026. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be eligible for VIT registration. The successful candidate will demonstrate wisdom, humility, and faith in their leadership and teaching practices.
