Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional educator to lead our Inclusive Education department. As Chief Learning Diversity Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the needs of all students are met.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Demonstrated expertise in educational leadership and strategy development
  • Strong commitment to Catholic Education and its values
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive positive change

Experience working in a senior education leadership role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Inclusive Education department to achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement inclusive education strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on inclusive education best practices
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect within the organization
