About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our newly established team in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing a deep understanding of our clients' unique requirements and advocating for long-term partnerships and value-based outcomes.

About You

You will bring recent management consulting experience, having spent your foundational years in a big-four or boutique consulting firm. You are experienced in delivering varied client engagements across energy and resources, government, and other sectors. You will have passion, energy, resilience, and a desire to work cohesively and collaboratively, together with a strong client focus.

Qualifications

Qualifications in business, law, commerce, environmental science, human resources, or other relevant disciplines are essential. An MBA would be advantageous but not essential. You will have experience in managing and leading multiple engagements simultaneously with a small team of junior consultants. Experience in coaching and upskilling junior consultants in core consulting foundations is also desirable.
