This role offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and take on the responsibilities of coordinating the front office.
The ideal candidate will have strong reception experience, preferably in real estate, with excellent communication skills and corporate presentation.
Responsibilities include answering telephone calls, greeting clients, co-ordinating general office maintenance, and providing administrative support to the sales and property management team.
We offer a competitive salary package with opportunities for career progression into an assistant property manager role.
Our team is highly experienced and supportive, working alongside you to further your knowledge and skills in the rental department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls and distributing accordingly
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Co-ordination of general office maintenance
- General administration office duties such as general typing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, binding, laminating, archiving, printing etc
- Provide administrative support to the sales and property management team

Requirements:
- Reception experience preferred
- Agents Rep Certificate - Completed or in process of completion
- Professional communication both written and verbal

Location: Office based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
