As a Pastry Chef Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, production, and presentation of baked goods, including specialty pastries and desserts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods
  • Learning chocolate and sugar decorations
  • Operating kitchen equipment under supervision
  • Cleaning, maintaining, and storing kitchen equipment
  • Stock control and organizing the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months
  • Good communication skills and a passion for food
