Apprentice Pastry Chef Opportunity

HTN Australia is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Pastry Chef to join our team at Al Aseel. As an Apprentice Pastry Chef, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a commercial kitchen environment, working alongside experienced Pastry Chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of a range of baked goods, including speciality pastries and desserts.
  • Learn chocolate and sugar decorations, and operate kitchen equipment such as mixers and ovens under supervision.
  • Clean, maintain, and store kitchen equipment appropriately, and stock control and organizing the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
  • Good communication skills, a passion for food, and a willingness to learn and take initiative in your everyday duties.
