
Regional Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time temporary contract position within the State government.
The role involves front counter support at the office, providing effective communication of information to internal and external stakeholders of the business. You will also participate in generating reports, conducting research, data entry as required, and recording feedback into the database.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Actively contribute to the development of a positive and high-performing team culture, including identifying and implementing opportunities to improve teamwork practices.
- Provide front-of-house services during office hours, including greeting and registering visitors, and responding to and/or directing public enquiries.
- A record of achievement in a similar role contributing to organisational excellence, high standards of performance, and a positive organisational culture.
- Ability to think outside the square, a willingness to try new things, and a genuine desire to learn, share knowledge, and make a difference.
- Qualifications in business, administration, or a related discipline are desirable.
- Ability to work within set parameters.
Experience in providing front-of-house and/or administrative support services, preferably in government, is desirable.
