The Digital Architect plays a critical role in designing and implementing integrated digital solutions that align with strategic business objectives.

This role provides technical leadership across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring systems are scalable, cost-effective, and interoperable.

The architect will drive enterprise-wide standards, optimise service integration, and support business agility through orchestration, monitoring, and proactive management of stakeholders and vendors.

Closely collaborating with business and digital teams, the Digital Architect evaluates emerging technologies, develops infrastructure plans, and ensures high availability and performance of digital platforms to enable seamless service delivery and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect), enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF), or integration platforms
  • Additional certifications in ITIL, DevOps, or security frameworks are advantageous
  • 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, solution design, and enterprise integration across cloud and on-premise environments
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (like Azure, AWS, GCP), including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models
  • Extensive experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, and API-led integration
  • Solid knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and infrastructure components
