Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations at the service, ensuring a fun, safe, and enriching environment for school-aged children.
  • Develop and facilitate engaging programs that include sports, games, cooking, art, and craft, catering to individual and group needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community.
  • Supervise and mentor educators, junior employees, and students to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) OR 3+ years of experience working with school-aged children.
  • Ability to work independently and supervise groups of up to 15 children.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring staff in an education setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of childhood development, programming, and regulations.
  • Ability to use digital and cloud-based systems for administration and reporting.
