Clearance Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned clearance professional to assume leadership of our vetting operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage a team of skilled analysts in processing complex security clearances.
  • Maintain rigorous quality controls and implement processes adhering to stringent standards.
  • Develop and provide expert guidance on clearance determinations, grounded in meticulous assessment.
  • Closely monitor and adhere to regulatory frameworks such as the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Substantial experience in government or high-security environments with extensive clearance management knowledge.
  • Negative Vetting Level 1 qualification with potential for advancement to Negative Vetting 2.
  • Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting) certification is highly regarded.
