Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team in Perth, WA. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient planning and scheduling of maintenance projects within our oil and gas operations.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and scope planning for the safe and timely delivery of all required Fabric Maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of maintenance plans.
  • Assess and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities or unforeseen challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and procurement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling within the oil and gas industry, preferably in maintenance campaigns with a Fabric Maintenance background.
  • Proficiency in project management software - SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address project-related challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in project planning and scheduling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
