Project Site Coordinator

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site.
This includes ensuring timely project delivery, managing resources, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Manage site activities to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- QBCC Site Supervisor License.
- Effective management skills, including program, schedule, and trade sequence management.
- Proven experience in site management, delivering projects of similar complexity.
- Experience using construction software such as Hammertech or Procore.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
As a Site Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring the site team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and progress reports.
