Welcome to this exciting opportunity to join ESV Group as a Senior Accountant. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will engage in technical research, provide taxation and business guidance to clients, and manage compliance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research to deliver expert taxation and business advice to clients.
  • Oversee compliance responsibilities, including payroll tax, land tax, fringe benefit tax, stamp duty, and ASIC requirements.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Develop and deliver client advice, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Achieve set KPIs, including productivity, billings budget, debtors, WIP, and write-offs.
  • Take on project assignments aligned with the business's overall needs.


Qualifications:
  • Possess 4+ years of experience in a Business Advisor role.
  • Hold a solid grasp of compliance, with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Demonstrate a curious mindset, actively seeking optimal solutions for clients and the team.
  • Exhibit effective communication skills.
  • Show ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines.
  • Be self-driven, capable of working autonomously.
