Job Overview

Serco is partnering with Bupa to provide integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. Our goal is to ensure ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.

">Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing chair-side assistance to dental professionals in the delivery of dental services to patients. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as entering/updating patient records
  • Supporting the promotion of oral health to patients and maintaining optimal hygiene of the surgery
  • Working independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality care to patients within a dental surgery
Requirements
  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
  • A Certificate III in Dental Assisting or nationally recognised equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years experience within the last 5 years
  • Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities
  • Current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
