Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our experienced dentists in delivering high-quality treatments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team in a modern dental practice with 3 dental chairs. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in all areas of dental assisting, including chair-side, sterilization, and reception.

Our ideal candidate will be friendly, dedicated, and able to build rapport easily with our patients. You will have experience as a Dental Assistant, strong compliance with sterilization, safety, and infection control measures, and a proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and a desire for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists in delivering dental treatments to patients
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for each patient
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and staff

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in all areas
  • Strong compliance with sterilization, safety, and infection control measures
  • Delivery of safe empathetic patient care at all times and a collaborative team player
