Service Improvement Accelerator

This role involves delivering design-led service improvement projects to support digital adoption and collaborating with stakeholders to provide advice on effective process and service design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a program of service improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience
  • Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Measure the benefits arising from improvement initiatives and communicate these outcomes
  • Monitor trends in service innovation, technology, and community expectations to inform priorities
  • Contribute to the development of a strategic plan for improving services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in information systems, service design, change management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
