About the Role:
The Commercial Activation Planner will play a key role in delivering a fully integrated customer trade plan strategy and execution across all channels at Coles Supermarket and Coles Local. This position will report into the Trade Activation Manager and will be responsible for partnering with the category team to ensure the customer trade activation plan is executed and aligned with the Coles customer calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the customer within the trade activation plan built by the category team
- Bring alignment across all business units to deliver a customer-first plan
- Support the collation of the trade activation plan to ensure it is communicated and presented correctly across the business
- Support continuous improvement ways of working and problem-solve to ensure workplace efficiencies
- Adhere to the critical path, ensuring that the right information is received from the category and customer teams to enable great execution
About Your Skills:
You are a high achiever with proven commercial capabilities and thrive in dynamic environments. You have a strong understanding of trade practices and general compliance in the retail industry. Your skills include:
- Knowledge of trade practices and general compliance in the retail industry
- Previous experience within a FMCG business (preferred)
- Task-oriented with excellent attention to detail
