We're currently seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team and provide project support and partner with business on Compliance and Governance matters.
About the Role
The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for implementing regulatory and compliance frameworks across Coles Merchandise teams, providing regulatory and compliance advice and support to Coles Merchandise teams, and continuing education to key stakeholders on legislative requirements for the business.
About You and Your Skills
To be successful in this role, you'll need experience working in complex Compliance/Risk environments, preferably in the Retail/Consumer sectors. You'll also need excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you'll need the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve while navigating through complex projects, as well as a sound knowledge of compliance and governance regulations.
