Immediate Opportunity: Procurement and Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Supply Planner to support our supply chain, focusing on stock flow, availability and waste reduction across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Supply Management: Oversee inventory levels, optimise stock cover and troubleshoot supply chain challenges to maintain product availability.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to address compliance, optimise performance and reduce end-to-end costs.
  • Supply Chain Optimisation: Conduct reviews and identify improvement opportunities, with a commercial focus on reducing waste and maximising efficiency.

About You:

  • Experience in FMCG or supermarket supply chain planning.
  • Analytical Skills to monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement with teams across Distribution Centers, stores and suppliers.

Location: At least 2 days per week at the office located in Hawthorn East. We offer a competitive salary of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per year, depending on experience. If you're ready for a dynamic role with immediate impact, we encourage you to apply now.
