Senior Network Engineer Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Architect to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining exceptional network infrastructure.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining and upgrading network infrastructure and related documentation and policies
  • Providing expert guidance on the installation of new/upgraded equipment for LANs, WANs, Internet, and intranet systems and network segments
  • Monitoring and supporting Firewall, LAN/WAN, and Network Security systems

In addition to these key responsibilities, duties may also include:

  • Supporting the installation and/or upgrades of new hardware and software
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest security vulnerabilities, design standards, implementing and monitoring for compliance
  • Managing network system backups
  • Evaluating and recommending network hardware deployments and renewals

This role requires close collaboration with Percepta's Support Center and other support teams to ensure seamless network performance and excellent customer service.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • 4 years of experience in modern enterprise LAN/WAN systems
  • 2 years of experience in Network security
  • Experience with VPN and Internet Proxy systems
  • Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and the OSI Model
  • Strong organizational, communications, and problem resolution skills
