Macquarie Group is looking for a Treasury Analyst Expert to join our Financial Management Group. As a member of this team, you will work closely with our senior management team to develop strategies and implement initiatives that enhance the Group's capital position and execution of capital actions.

Your key responsibilities will include analysing complex information, such as regulatory capital and ratings agency methodologies, and contributing to the development of policies and practices that shape the outcome of Macquarie's business activities. You will also build relationships with regulators, partners, communities, and shareholders, and collaborate with senior management to develop strategies and implement initiatives enhancing the Group's capital position.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. We offer a competitive salary range of AUD 140,000 - 200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including hybrid and flexible working arrangements, wellbeing leave days, paid parental leave, volunteer leave, and access to learning and development opportunities.
