Our Opportunity

As a Maintenance Planner at Thales Australia, you will play a pivotal role in organizing production and repair activities. Your expertise will drive the development of work orders to meet demand, ensuring optimal achievement of time, cost, and quality while upholding Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage plans, ensuring strong data integrity and adherence to planning standards.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Services to optimize stock status and resource utilization.
  • Implement planning strategies in the CMMS and ERP systems, including supply chain indicators.
  • Collaborate with key parties to ensure consistency in production and repair activities.
  • Monitor progress and resolve potential issues in procurement, production, and repair.

Requirements

  • Mastery of Industrial Information Systems (CMMS, ERP, MRP, PLM).
  • Minimum of five years' postgraduate or trade industrial experience, with a focus on ship-related technical experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of maintenance management, supply chain processes, and Just-in-Time production.

Security Clearance

As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
