Job Responsibilities

As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping participants navigate their plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
  • Connecting them with the right services, health professionals, and community resources.
  • Monitoring progress, ensuring supports align with participant goals.
  • Maintaining compliance with NDIS guidelines while focusing on quality outcomes.
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Independent Support Coordinators with an existing caseload of people who want to continue receiving your services.
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Relevant qualifications (Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Community Services, etc.) preferred.
