Healthcare Career Opportunity - Registered Nurse

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Community Care Team. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality care and want to empower individuals to live their best lives, we would be pleased to hear from you.

The role involves assessing, planning and implementing client care within your scope, taking into account physical, social and psychological requirements. You will create and update care plans to reflect evolving needs, ensuring that clinical quality compliance standards are met at all times.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred care to clients in the community, maintaining a safe environment and applying your clinical skills to enhance their quality of life through activities such as on-site visits and community-based care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess full, unrestricted registration with AHPRA and unlimited work entitlements, general nursing experience post-registration, excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, and a current Australian Driver's Licence and own roadworthy insured vehicle.
