Job DescriptionThe Construction Project Manager will oversee daily construction activities and manage contractors on a day-to-day basis.
The CPM will also serve as a leader in their specific discipline (construction management, building services, architectural, electrical or mechanical engineering) and shall be responsible as a team member for delivering construction of sophisticated electrical and mechanical systems.
Daily Responsibilities- Managing all aspects of data center construction starting with procurement of the general contractor, design review, daily construction oversight, and commissioning of completed works.
- Project management and oversight of construction related activities. This includes ownership of project scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Driving down costs and shortening schedules while maintaining quality standards.
- Providing Construction Management for initiatives aimed at increasing resiliency of our data centers.
