Senior Infrastructure Development Manager

The North East Link project is a significant infrastructure development in Victoria, Australia. As the Senior Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to construction, commissioning, and handover.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement: Manage the delivery of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) works and other MEI engineering functions, including tender evaluation, contract execution, and project scheduling.
- System Design and Engineering: Review design documents to ensure they meet project requirements, codes, and regulations while remaining efficient and within budget.
- Delivery and Project Management: Develop work packs, manage subcontractor budgets and timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with professional engineering registration.
- Over 10 years of experience in managing industrial electrical and communication systems, with a strong portfolio of large-scale infrastructure project deliveries.
- Expert knowledge of Australian Standards, codes, and best practices related to electrical systems, particularly in tunnel and urban infrastructure contexts.
