About the role:
The Clinical Care Funding Assistant will be responsible for overseeing data collection for clinical documentation, monitoring onsite activities and resident care needs, ensuring adherence to directed care requirements, resident preferences, and organisational policies, while also ensuring alignment with care funding outcomes and requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of relevant charting for all residents
- Assist in admission and review processes
- Participate in validations at various communities and contribute to documentation
- Attend meetings for information sharing on resident care needs
- Educate staff on documentation practices
- Regularly review reports and proposed activities with the Clinical Care Funding Officer
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 2 years of residential aged care experience
- Diploma of Nursing qualified Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated understanding of documentation requirements
