Role Overview

This role is responsible for providing site-specific clinical funding support to residential aged care homes. The successful candidate will be based in a Support Centre, located in Upper Mt Gravatt, and will work closely with the clinical team to ensure high-quality documentation and reporting.

The Clinical Funding Officer will actively involve themselves in the admission process, including pre-screening, AN-ACC funding predictions, commencement of assessment and care plans, and communication with the clinical team. They will also monitor and track residents' data, including all movements, Medicare events, and AN-ACC lodgements.

The role requires strong written and communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of diverse software systems and the Microsoft suite of products. The successful candidate will also demonstrate effective time management skills, attention to detail, and great customer service skills and ethic.
