As a Specialist in Residential Aged Care Services, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team in conducting funding assessments using the AN-ACC tool across Brisbane. With a focus on delivering expert clinical skills and knowledge, you will conduct interviews with residents and staff, review health records, and inform the AN-ACC assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct residential aged care funding assessments using the AN-ACC tool.
- Utilize expert clinical skills and knowledge to inform assessments.
- Interview residents and staff to gather information.
- Review health records to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience post graduate experience in aged care, including working with people with dementia.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy with unrestricted registration.
- Current Influenza vaccination evidence.
- Ability to conduct clinical assessments using a range of tools.
