The Role

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our award-winning team, responsible for managing a local-based portfolio of approximately 140 properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a well-maintained portfolio of properties
  • Effective communication with landlords and tenants
  • Rental arrears management
  • Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
  • Regular rent and lease reviews
  • Working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • No accounts, leasing, or weekend work

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in Property Management
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Own car and valid Driver's license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great presentational skills
  • A motivated self-starter
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
