About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires 5 days of work per week, including weekends, with allocated days off during the week. In addition to a competitive salary package, you will have the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses and commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all sales and after-sales enquiries in the first instance, providing guidance before passing them onto your Sales Consultant.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with Stockland.
  • Manage all incoming information via phone, emails, website, and general enquiries.
  • Keep potential home buyers informed of key information, including new releases, home designs, events, and promotions.
  • Maintain and update sales systems and processes and procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong customer service background, with experience working in a sales support or administrative function. You will also need to be technology-savvy, able to multi-task, manage your time effectively, and demonstrate initiative. Additionally, you will need to have your own reliable transport and a full driver's licence.
