As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to residents, particularly those with complex needs, including wound care and pain management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Located in a regional area with additional allowances
  • Permanent part-time roles available
  • Shifts will include supervisory responsibilities
  • Accommodation options may be available for suitable candidates

Shift Patterns:

Various shift patterns are available to accommodate your schedule, including:

  • Week 1: Afternoon and night shifts
  • Week 2: Alternating shifts

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with at least 6 months of post-graduate experience
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in aged care as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
