Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Financial Administrator. This role is responsible for supporting the finance operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Reviewing and processing expense claims in accordance with company policies
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for any expense-related inquiries
  • Providing assistance with accounts payable processes
  • Performing various data entry and ad-hoc finance administration tasks as needed

Australian Defence security clearance is required for this position.

About You:

Candidates should possess experience in office administration, AP or AR roles, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy. Additionally, intermediate Microsoft suite skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
