Finance Operations Specialist Role

The position of Finance Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our financial processes.

This opportunity requires an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Key responsibilities include assisting with payroll processing, reconciling accounts, maintaining financial records, and supporting general office management tasks.

  • Process and assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), guaranteeing timely payments and collections.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee payments and adherence to company policies.
  • Reconcile accounts and financial transactions to maintain accuracy in financial records.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, bills, contracts, and expense reports.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1-2 years experience in AP, AR, payroll, or a similar finance role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
