Senior Legal Leader Opportunity

Role Overview

As a seasoned lawyer, we seek an experienced leader to mentor junior lawyers in a boutique law firm.

  • Inspire and develop junior lawyers into future leaders
  • Collaborate with an experienced Managing Partner
  • Handle diverse Family, Litigation & Property matters

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of post-admission experience in Family, Litigation or Property Law.

About the Position

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where your contribution will influence the firm's continued growth and culture.

  • Manage complex family law cases including parenting arrangements and property settlements
  • General civil litigation, commercial disputes, and estate matters
  • Residential and commercial conveyancing, leases, and property settlements
Key Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 10 years PAE in Family, Litigation or Property Law
  • Confidence managing files independently from start to finish
  • Strong leadership mindset and genuine interest in mentoring juniors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current practising certificate in Queensland
