Lead Lawyer and Mentor

We are a dynamic and multi-practice law firm based in Southport, Gold Coast, seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer with 10+ years PAE to lead and mentor junior lawyers.
The successful candidate will handle a variety of legal matters including family law, general civil litigation, commercial disputes, and property settlements.
About the RoleThis is a high-trust, high-responsibility position where your contribution will influence our continued growth and culture. You will be involved in strategic decision-making, client relationship management, staff development, and leading by example through your legal work and mentorship.
- Lead and mentor junior lawyers in a boutique law firm setting.
- Handle complex legal matters across multiple practice areas.
- Collaborate with our Managing Partner and other senior team members.
- At least 10 years PAE experience in Family, Litigation or Property Law.
- Confidence managing files independently from start to finish.
- Strong leadership mindset and genuine interest in mentoring juniors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current practising certificate in Queensland.
