A forward-thinking senior lawyer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results is sought to join our dynamic team. With 10+ years of post-admission experience, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role in a boutique law firm based in Southport. The firm is known for its down-to-earth culture and commitment to professional excellence and work-life balance.


About the Position

This exceptional opportunity is suited for a senior lawyer seeking meaningful leadership, mentorship opportunities, and long-term progression. You will be involved in strategic decision-making, client relationship management, and staff development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior lawyers into future leaders
  • Work alongside an experienced and supportive Managing Partner
  • Handle diverse Family, Litigation & Property matters including complex family law cases, general civil litigation, commercial disputes, estate matters, residential and commercial conveyancing, leases, and property settlements

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years PAE in Family, Litigation or Property Law
  • Confidence managing files independently from start to finish
  • Strong leadership mindset and genuine interest in mentoring juniors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current practising certificate in Queensland
