Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our supportive Culinary team at The Star Sydney. As a Cook, you will have the opportunity to work in one of our casual or signature dining venues, including Sokyo, Food Quarter, In Room Dining, Commissary, Fuel, Fat Noodle, and Banquets & Events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh produce and culinary techniques.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume operation, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques, and kitchen equipment, with a willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
