Job Description

The role of Client Executive plays a pivotal part in driving growth and success within our Workers' Compensation business. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from an office, catering to diverse needs and preferences.

  • Support the execution of our national Workplace Risk strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
  • Effectively manage risk state policy renewals, maintaining a proactive approach to mitigate potential challenges.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools for comprehensive workers' compensation analysis, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Foster strong relationships and open communication channels through onsite and face-to-face meetings with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of the workers' compensation market, encompassing underwriting and policy registration.
  • Ability to interpret legislation and provide clear advice, navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio or demonstrating consultancy skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Interest in data analytics, with intermediate Excel skills preferred, to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborative, innovative mindset with a proactive attitude, driving business growth and improvement.
