We are seeking a proactive professional to play a key role in maintaining Health, Safety & Environmental systems.

This role combines technical system skills with a passion for safety and compliance, supporting teams across Australia and New Zealand ensuring HSE systems are accurate, effective and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain HSE systems (incident reporting, risk management, compliance registers).
  • Provide first-line support and training to system users across the business.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with HSE systems and/or system administration.
  • Strong IT and data management skills (Excel and reporting tools).
  • Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to support and train others.
  • Organised, proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
