Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering exceptional services? We are seeking an experienced Director of Team Operations to lead our teams and drive results in improving client experience and outcomes.
- Leads the development, maintenance, and management of programs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop strategies and initiatives that drive performance and growth.
- Provides coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in community, human or disability services.
- Current Working with Vulnerable Persons check with NDIS endorsement plus NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate, or willingness to obtain.
- Working with Childrens clearance.
- Full vaccination for COVID-19.
As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
