Overview

As a Sales & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting both the Finance and Sales teams. Your key responsibilities will include managing purchase orders, coordinating freight, and ensuring timely order fulfilment.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across departments. If you have experience in logistics, procurement, or administration, and possess strong Excel and data entry skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

  • Experience in logistics, procurement, or administration
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills (SAP B1 experience is beneficial)

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and manage purchase orders and supplier communications
  2. Coordinate freight for raw materials and finished goods

  4. Support the East Coast Sales team with customer order dispatch
  5. Maintain reporting tools and assist with inventory and logistics tracking
  6. Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks
