The role involves working closely with the Manager to enhance best practice advice and contribute to policy development that strengthens regional workforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing best practice frameworks for effective case management
- Providing regular education sessions and forums on case practice quality audits
Additionally, you will work collaboratively with regional stakeholders to drive workforce development and contribute to shaping departmental policies.
